Thermoforming/bending is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and then trimmed to your desired shape or angle.
Vacuum-formed Mask
A form of thermoforming where material is shaped by being draped over a mold, and having the air vacuumed out from beneath it to pull the plastic tightly against the mold.
